Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how THIRTYBIT, LLC (“Prendl,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use prendl.com and the Prendl application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and an encrypted password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google.
• Workspace content. The content you create — prompts, tags, collections, and workspace and team settings. This content belongs to you; we process it only to provide the Service.
• Billing information. Paid plans are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers; Stripe handles payment data and shares limited details (such as the last four digits, card brand, and subscription status) so we can manage your plan.
• Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, plus product analytics events, to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics (see below).

How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate you, process payments, send transactional and invitation emails, provide support, analyze and improve the product, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, with your consent where required (for example, certain analytics cookies), and to meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers (sub-processors) that help us run Prendl:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage
• Vercel — application hosting and content delivery
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Google — optional sign-in (OAuth)
• Resend — transactional and invitation emails
• [Analytics provider] — product and website analytics

We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

A note on AI tools

When you copy a prompt from Prendl into a third-party AI tool (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini), that tool’s own privacy policy governs how it handles what you submit. Prendl does not send your prompts to AI providers on your behalf.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and sessions, preference cookies (for example, your theme), and analytics cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the Service.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we must retain certain records (such as invoices) to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements.

Security

We use Row Level Security to isolate each workspace’s data, encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest, and restrict internal access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents may request to know and delete their data; we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us at contact@30-bit.com. EEA/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
